2. Combination

Combination mainly refers to the process of preparing the raw material liquid for condom production. A variety of raw materials are added to the natural latex to increase its elasticity and prevent its aging. Then, it needs to react in a temperature controlled container to finally form the condom raw material liquid.

3. Forming

After the raw material liquid is prepared, the condom molding process can be started. Put the hard glass mold into the qualified raw liquid, and then slowly stretch the raw liquid to make it spread evenly on the mold surface. After the raw material liquid on the mold dries, soak again to fill the gap. In this way, a thin and uniform rubber membrane sleeve is formed on the surface of the mold, and the edge is slightly rolled up to form the shape of the condom.

After forming, due to the thin and tight rubber membrane sleeve just formed, it is difficult to peel it from the mold, so it needs to be soaked in Pengrun water. After complete immersion, the rubber membrane sleeve on the mold will fall off by using the water sprayed from the nozzle on the mold.

4. Sulfur addition

After the completion of a series of production processes such as raw material procurement, compounding and forming, the last production link is sulfur addition. The stripped rubber membrane sleeve is intensively dehydrated, the powdered mud is added, and the sulfur is added into the sulfur adding device to start the sulfur adding reaction.

This process is mainly to make the condoms produced soft, strong and elastic.

5. Inspection

When all the production processes are successfully completed, condoms are produced. However, before the condom leaves the factory and is put into the market for consumers to buy, a series of strict tests should be carried out. Condom inspection usually includes full inspection, random sampling inspection, destructive inspection and non-destructive inspection.

6. Packaging

After step by step and strict inspection layer by layer, qualified condoms finally entered the last link before leaving the factory: packaging. Apply lubricant or retarding agent on the qualified finished products, seal them with special materials, mark the number and expiration date, etc., and put them into the box. The production process of condoms will be formally completed.
